cancellation policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2020

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the cost of the reserved services.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, the service will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply.  Additional time will not be added to your session if you are late.

  • In the event of repeated cancellations, we reserve the right to refuse bookings and services.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

 How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment do so via the booking app or contact us via email at contact@sheritenney.com.

Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes)

Events & Classes are limited seating, and many sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Client. You may contact us via email at contact@sheritenney.com to cancel.

Please note, a 75% refund applies to those cancelled within the cancellation period.  However, if you do not cancel with at least 4 days’ notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time.

A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.

In either case, we will charge the client the full amount of the missed appointment fee.
