Why Torana Of Spiritual Freedom

What is a Torana? Torana means Sacred Gateway.  A place of worship, a place of change and transformation, a place of awakening.

Gateways can symbolize beginnings, something untold, something to discover on the other side.

The Torana are part of a stupa, the stupa itself is a symbol of the Buddha, and more accurately, of his enlightened mind and presence. There are four sides to a stupa that represent the four directions (north, south, east and west), which have the gateway Torana.  Each Torana symbolizes the four great events of the Buddha - Birth, Enlightenment, His Teachings, and Nirvana.

Torana guides the practitioner in the correct path to Enlightenment.

It is with my connection that I wish to create this sacred space, a bridge between two worlds, where one is guided to make their own discoveries to enlightenment.  It will allow them the space to see who they truly are, to reflect in their heart, to heal, to find freedom.

My purpose and mission in this life is to help heal the earth.  For months I asked, how? How does one single person heal Earth? Where does one start?

Healing the earth starts at home, with you, next with your family and your neighbours.  How you present your Self to the world, every choice, every shift you make in consciousness ripples for eternity.  The love you show even to a single stranger carries on forever. Meeting your Self with love, compassion and grace as you release and heal, allows you to then reflect the light of others.  By becoming a mirror for others, we can reflect the brilliance we carry and the belief that we indeed have the tools to help ourselves.

Moving and flowing through life asking, “are you moving toward spirit, your inner voice, your source, or away from it?”
